The Basic Standard Warranty of Apus Computer System & parts is Return-To-Base Warranty.
Onsite service is available at additional charges. Only available to the new system purchased within 30days.
(Ie. When user purchase a system, user will have 30days to decide purchase this onsite service or not.)

General Terms:

All price listed above are GST inclusive.
Software support is not included.
Repair times are dependant upon availability of parts.
The product must be directly connected to the supplied surge protector or any Australian Standards Approved surge protection device.
Onsite Repair:
- A service agent will attend to the faulty product onsite and attempt to repair the product onsite.
- where an onsite repair is not practical, the agent may need to take the product back to the workshop to continue diagnostics and repairs. Once repaired will be returned back to the customer.
Onsite Pickup & Repair:
- A courier or service agent will pickup the faulty product from the customer and delivery to the repairer.
- Once repaired a courier/service agent will return the product from the repairer back to the original location of pickup.
