All products carry a 7 day replacement guarantee from date of purchase.

After 7 days, the product may only be returned for repair. Repair time is roughly 2 weeks, but may vary depending on availability and location of manufacturer.

All products must be in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchased price may be charged if the product or packaging is in a non-satisfactory condition.

No product will be accepted for credit or refund 7 days after date of original invoice.

Customers are to retain
the Return Authority (RA) Number issued to them when an item is sent
back for repair. Losing this number may significantly delay the repair
process.

Customers should back-up their data before sending an item for repair. Apus is not liable for any loss of data.

For issues regarding "Dead" or "Bright" pixels of LCD monitors, please refer to the pixel policy of the manufacturer.

In all cases, the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice must be provided to claim warranty.

Monitors and printers
carry warranty serviced by the manufacturer. Customers will need to
contact the appropriate manufacturer directly. Contact details are
available by clicking on the links to the left of this page.

All other products (excluding consumables) carry a 1 year Return to Base (RTB) warranty.

To claim warranty, the faulty product must be returned to the shop unless stated otherwise.

All faulty products are available for replacement within the first 7 days of purchase.

Product compatibility will be advised to the best of our knowledge and experience. However, Apus provides no guarantee of compatibility.

The product has sustained physical damage.

The product was damaged due to incorrect use, incorrect installation, neglect, an electrical surge or an accident.

The product was damaged by another device/software not recommended for use with the product.

The product has been repaired/modified, or was attempted to be repaired/modified.

The product's serial number is missing, defaced or tampered with.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless the products were not or could not be delievered.

Customers are to bear all shipping and associated costs unless stated otherwise.
